Description
Splice tape is used in conjunction with brass splice to join component tape reels. The splice tape joins the cover tape between two reels of parts.
The ability to join a new reel of SMD parts to a reel of parts currently on the pick and place machine without stopping the machine can increase throughput dramatically.
