ALPHA solder pastes are used in the assembly of PCBs for a variety of product applications, including handheld electronic devices, all types of computers, consumer electronics, network servers, automotive systems, medical and military equipment and many others.
WS-809 is a water soluble tin-lead paste, with broad-latitude, appropriate for most SMT applications. WS-809 provides an excellent balance of stencil life and clean-ability. It is excellent in void resistance and delivers excellent throughput and yield. Melting point of 63sn/37pb paste: 183°C
