Labels, Tapes, Masking

(Showing 5 of 305)

Murray Percival's labels, tapes, and masking supplies keep SMT and PCB assembly lines running with accurate identification, uninterrupted component feeding, and clean, protected boards through every process step. From printed labels and wire markers to splice tape, high-temperature masking, and ESD-safe tapes, this category covers the consumables that support traceability, feeder continuity, and process protection on the production floor.

IDENTCO label printers, presenters, and applicators (ELPA, ELP, and ILP series) generate the printed labels, wire markers, and SMT label automation systems that give boards and components accurate, scannable identification for quality control and track-and-trace throughout the assembly process.

To keep pick-and-place feeders running without interruption, Sierra Electronics/SpliceRite splice tape, leader tape, splicing shims, carrier tape, cover tape, and splice tools join component reels end-to-end for continuous feeding. For process protection, Argon conformal coating masking tape and boots shield connectors and components before coating, CGS polyimide (Kapton) tape provides high-temperature masking for wave solder and reflow, and Desco antistatic tape and ESD labels support ESD-safe identification and packaging.
